KDRAMA REVIEW|| THE GAME TOWARDS ZERO

Hello and welcome!!

I finished watching this drama a few weeks ago and as much as I enjoyed it while it was airing, it is just so forgettable and it isn’t a drama that I would rewatch. However, if you like fantasy drama mixed with thriller or mystery, then you might this.

Fantasy

Year

2020

32 episodes

Synopsis

Tae-Pyeong has the ability to when and how a person will die by just looking at their face or even a picture of the face. He lives away from society with his teacher and his lawyer. One day a girl is kidnapped and he gets entangled with detective Joon-young who is trying to find the girl. She happens to be the only person’s death he can’t see.

Review

I realize that if I tell you more than what is in the synopsis that would be giving away the mystery of the drama, has all we are trying to do is find the person who is responsible for the murder of children, many years ago, which lead to the death of  Joon-young’s father who was a detective.

I didn’t like the relationship between the main characters, it was almost not existent and it just annoyed me. This drama was just prolonged for no reason, we knew who was doing all the killing and abducting, I mean, there was no suspense whatsoever, we knew what was going to happen.

It was just a game of cat and mouse and we the viewer just watched how the mouse would be caught, it wasn’t interesting to me.

Little Spoiler

He didn’t die after jumping off the building.

Rating

I gave this drama 6.8 out of 10 stars
